Enjoy your stay in the spa quarter of Baden in one of 27 individually furnished hotel rooms, in our unique wellness area whose thermal spring water is the most mineral-rich in Switzerland, or in our well-equipped fitness studio.

We look forward to welcoming you here and having the chance to introduce you to the range of offerings in our hotel, wellness and fitness studio. Whether with or without an overnight stay, guests 16 years and older are welcome to join us. We will also be happy to help to plan your time outside your stay in our rooms in the town of Baden.

Historical buildings

The historical buildings in Baden's spa district are stately and traditional. In total, there are two studios, eight design rooms, one guesthouse and five Limmat Suites with balcony and river view on the Baden river side. With a final renovation in 2022, we combine a stylish ambience with contemporary facilities to offer you an unforgettable stay that invites you to feel at home.

Boutique design building

The Boutique Design Hotel building is located on the other side of the river on the traffic-free Badstrasse in front of the sunny vineyards of Ennetbaden. The building has eight superior rooms, two Junior Suites Deluxe and one Suite Deluxe. Three Private Spa Suites provide the perfect private wellness enjoyment and round off the hotel visit.

Novum Spa

Treat yourself with a visit to our public thermal bath called "Novum Spa" with an abundant variety of programmes in addition to the beneficial effects of the thermal spa with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, salt oasis and cold room.

Swimwear is obligatory. Bathing shoes are recommended. The minimum age for use is 16 years.

The wellness oasis is located on the Baden side.

Wellness Treatments

Our massage prices include unlimited access to the wellness area as well as a “spa package” with a bath towel and a bathrobe, which you can use during your stay. On presentation of an official ID, you will receive a 10% discount on the booking of a massage on your birthday. Enjoy the treatment of your choice in summer with a reduction of CHF 20 (for massages with a value of CHF 145 or more).
